after spending a long day on set as an extra on the film Get Low in 2009, it was suddenly very clear that I wanted to be part of the film scene. At the time still working as I had been for the past 25 years in corporate America in logistics and transportation, I was ready for a transition and career change. The timing was right in 2012, so I worked on film and TV as an extra learning on set etiquette, terminology, and watching the actors and crew as closely as possible to learn. As my professional experience had taught me, if you want to change careers you gotta go back to school and train. So I found a great coach in Richard Hempton with In Our Image who I'm still with today. My philosophy from that point has been to Always Be Training and Get On Set. I love building a character and helping tell the story.
